The Guest Lecture Series at Molaskey's Pub presents 'notable professionals using SL'. This week's guest is Liam Kanno, known in the real world as Odin Liam Wright.
Liam is well traveled and educated. He has his Bachelors degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Industrial Design, with a minor in Psychology and his Masters degree in International Political Economics from Fordham University in New York. He has gained valuable educational experience in Georgetown University, Vatican City, United Nations and with the Red Cross. He is a great humanitarian and strategic planner. Plus, he loves video games. Liam stumbled upon Second Life in 2006 while exploring games. He downloaded Second Life and began a journey even he could not have planned.

After a few months getting his bearings in Second Life®, Liam decided to form a company, known as 'The V3 Group, LLC '. He created Silicon Island and Silicon City, where you will find some of the best content creation and most exciting projects in Second Life.
His first client was The Picture Production Company , for which he built 'The Silverscreen Sim'. The V3 Group, has enticed several of Holllywood's biggest names to Second Life®. He is also credited with the WTC Memorial in SL and Silicon Island, among many other credits to his name.
Liam Kanno is featured in our publication, 'The Unofficial Guide to Building Your Business in the Second Life® Virtual World' which is now scheduled for a March 25, 2009 release.
