Molaskey's Pub St. Patrick's Day Anniversary
Tuesday, 12 February 2008 02:05
T'was the month before St. Patrick's Day, and all through the Pub,
Not a cocktail was stirring.
Not even a stout,
The Tip jars were placed by 'round the patio with care,
In hopes that the crowds soon would be there,
I in my kercheif, and Apple in his Tam,
Had just settled down for a winter concert jam,
When out on the Riverwalk,
We heard such a clatter,

I flew to Gilly Pad to see what was the matter,
When what to my wondering eyes should appear,
Eight tiny leprechaun, each with green beer.
With a rainbow shining brightly they turned with a jerk,
to get their fiddles in tune, they went straight to work.
They spread news of shamrocks and drinks and cheer,
all through the land, the people could hear,
'Happy First Anniversary Molaskey's!' St'. Patrick's Day is near,
'Tis another reason to offer up a cheer!'
Let us gather and salute the patrons, proprietry and staff,
Let us not forget those who make us laugh.
