Molaskey's Anniversary Week Events

We have had a busy and eventful week at Molaskey's. The Pub's been bustling most every evening, and, as if that weren't enough, we think some leprechauns have been partying during the day, too!

On Monday, we kicked off the events with the Monday Concert series, when Skinny Shepperd jammed in his personable way to the appreciative, and devoted crowd. That was followed by the delightful and funny Eva Moon. Eva is new to the Molaskey's line-up, and with the way she won over the crowd with her humorous and talented act, we're hoping to have her back again soon!

Tuesday was not as busy, but people streamed through the Pub nonetheless. We encourage people to come to the pub even when there is no event planned. We have plenty of interactive games and dances. We play Brownspoint Radio when live music takes a break. Afterall, Molaskey's Pub is open to the PUBlic.

Our regularly scheduled 'Wednesday Game Night' turned into a special event when our Hostess extraordinaire, Mia Kitchensink, invited one of our Pub regulars, Sona Destiny, to dance a jig and tell Irish tales. This drew a small crowd of hearty party goers while the regular games night crowd arrived. Games hostess, Gilly Gully  organized a special 'Anniversary Event Games Tourney', filling every table. The Wednesday event went well into the wee hours of the mornin' - everyone had a great time.

On Thursday, the ever-popular BubbaC took the stage for an hour and a half show of favorite Elvis songs - the heart of American rock n roll and gushy love songs. Rumors are beginning to spread that behind that BubbaC avatar is the King himself, reincarnated. Lord have mercy!

Friday's here, and Saturday to follow. We are going to strum up an un-scheduled party - perhaps have everyone join us inside the Pub - sit around 'Second Life's most beautiful bar and toast the establishment and all who make it special.

"Here's to the land of the shamrock so green, Here's to each lad and his darling colleen, Here's to the ones we love dearest and most, And may God save old Ireland -That's an Irishman's toast." ~ Paul Dickson, Book of Toasts.

Sunday concerts includeMax Kleene and Lyndon Heart. The culmination of events happens on Monday, March 17th, which, of course, is St. Patrick's Day. Join us for next Monday's concerts as we wrap up the events with concerts featuring Capos Calderwood and Tallguy Kidd.  Green or Celtic wear is appreciated during this special event.

Tis a fine way to celebrate our first full virtual year in Second Life, which, of course is equivalent to seven real years!

May we share this friendship and many more a year from now at the famous Molaskey's Pub in 'Second Life'. Cheers!
