PM Bookmite takes the beach stage on Monday, February 8th at 7:00 pm. PM Bookmite (Phillip Mitchell in real life) is a piano based singer-songwriter Influenced by a broad range of artists, from classics, such as Leon Russell, Tom Waits, Randy Newman, Billy Joel, and Elton John, to contemporary artists such as Gabe Dixon, Jeff Black, and Ben Folds. He's released two EPs since 2007, Soul I and Soul II. You can find both projects on itunes or cdbaby.com. He did a tour during the summer of 2009 with CQ Bravin, playing Athens, D.C., Baltimore, Brooklyn, and Pittsburgh. He's currently working on a new album, Therapy.
